Government funding is currently available for 15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. For all children aged 3-5 years old. This funding is available from the start of term after the child’s 3rd birthday. The Government is also funding some eligible two year olds on the 2gether programme and these children are also entitled to 15 hours a week free childcare. This can start the term after the child’s 2nd birthday.

2. In certain circumstances, an additional voluntary contribution could be requested to help cover the cost of outings, additional reserves or expenses.
3. For non-government funded sessions, two weeks notice is necessary if sessions are no longer required. Otherwise payment will be sought if the session is not immediately taken by another child.
4. Fees rates will be set based on the child’s date of birth on the first day of term. The revised rate will be available from the start of the term after the child’s third birthday.
For any additional hours above and beyond the allocated 15, the cost will be £3.75 per child, per hour.
If your child begins preschool before they are eligible for funding, the cost will be:
£4.60 per child, per hour for under 3’s
£3.85 per child, per hour for over 3’s
You will be sent an invoice by email (or paper copy by request) every term. This can be paid in full or in two halves.
